Whatever your needs or budget, we have a variety of services to suit your property
1.
Initial Consultation
Following your enquiry, we will arrange a consultation (lasting up to 2 hours) to discuss your requirements.
This will include a tour of your property, with the aim of understanding its layout, features and potential, to provide recommendations for enhancements.
The fee for the initial consultation is £175, which is wholly refundable if you choose to appoint us to carry out the Hands-on Styling and Staging (see details below).
2.
Hands-on Staging & Styling
At Dragonfly Home Styling our greatest passion is being on-site, putting our design skills to use to unlock your property’s potential.
Drawing on years of experience, our team will sympathetically style and stage your rooms – optimising the spaces and creating that desirable lifestyle appeal.
3.
Professional Decorating
Presenting your property to look its best, can often involve some redecoration.
Be it painting a feature wall, neutralising a brightly coloured room or simply carrying out remedial work to freshen up tired and marked paintwork.
Working alongside the Dragonfly Styling team, our highly experienced professional decorator is on hand to turn every vision into a reality.
The fees for these services is £195 per day
3.
Product Sourcing and Project Management
With occupied properties, where possible, we will always try and reutilise existing furniture/furnishings, but sometimes (and certainly in the case of empty new builds) items of furniture or furnishings need to be sourced. In addition, depending on the extent of work to be carried out, it may sometimes be necessary to liaise with various trades.
We appreciate that life can be hectic, and finding time to do this effectively can be a challenge.
Experienced in product sourcing and project management, we can take away the administrative headache for you, leaving you free to focus on your other priorities.
The fee for this is £45 per hour
4.
Furniture & Furnishings Rental
If it is agreed that your property would benefit from additional furniture and furnishings, but your budget or circumstances don’t warrant buying them, Dragonfly Home Styling have a range of beautiful furniture, furnishings and accessories that can be rented.
Prices depend on the items in question, and are charged on a monthly basis.
